Stainless Steel Electrodes

ES 410 NiMo A5.4: E 410 Ni Mo 25 / EN 1600: E 13 4 B 62

Description

ES 410 NiMo It is a basic coated electrode for welding similar corrosion resisting, martensitic and martensitic-ferritic rolled, forged and cast steels. Used in the construction of hydro turbines, compressors and steam power plants, resistant to corrosion of water, steam and sea water atmosphere. Excellent slag removability and smooth bead appearance. Metal recovery approx. 130 % out-of-position weld ability, preheating and inter pass temperatures of heavy-wall components 100-160ºC. Tempering temperature 580 - 620 °C. Electrodes should be dried for 2 hours at 150°C-200°C before use
